Psychometric Tests

These aptitude assessments are a common part of the job interview process for many clients. This is a service that is available upon request during the initial onboarding of a search. They generally consist of a series of timed questions often involving aspects of numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, inductive reasoning, logical reasoning, diagrammatic reasoning, and situational judgment.

Other assessments can be leveraged by our clients that partner through Kinetic Search Group. Through investing additional time, we help create a “benchmark” standard where the traits of current high-performing employees are measured and compared to the results of prospective candidates seeking employment in a similar position. This tool allows companies to see how well an applicant aligns with the traits of successful employees for the position being considered.

Hosted and Facilitated Interview Process

Kinetic offers the opportunity for our clients to use a neutral location for hosting interviews. Our consultant will host the day, facilitate the candidate introductions and movement and (at times) join the client interviews when requested.  This helps to minimize issues and assure confidentiality, ensure a smooth day of meetings within a predefined schedule, and speed up candidate screening.

Pre-employment Screening

Reference and background verifications are conducted upon request and may include some or all of the following: educational background, employment timelines and history, criminal background, credit background and identity verification to confirm the overall validity and qualifications of the candidate for a job.

Align Your Search Process

Resume Review and Evaluation

Once contacted by a Kinetic Consultant, a verbal resume and employment review will be requested to start the process. Once complete the consultant will provide feedback associated with your resume to ensure a proper and accurate presentation of your background. If required, once the recommended changes have been made and the updated resume has been re-submitted, an in-person meeting may be requested at that time to advance the process. During the verbal or in-person review, specific opportunities may be discussed at any time once suitability has been determined.

Interview Preparation

A significant benefit while working with a Kinetic consultant is the enhanced level of communication you will receive during the entire process. You will be provided substantially more information than a job posting can detail before you even decide to pursue a position. This will help you properly prepare and assess the opportunity during all interview stages to determine interest and suitability. A Kinetic consultant will stay in contact with you and the client the entire time to provide updates and to plan for the next steps. We will ensure you have all the information you need to present yourself as well as possible and to make confident decisions throughout the process.

Psychometric Tests

Aptitude assessments are a common part of the job interview process and support the hiring process for many of our clients. Our candidates have the opportunity to self-assess during their employment search and request an assessment. We can administer the assessment and then apply the results to gauge suitability or fit for many different types of positions. This assessment can help candidates confirm suitability for positions they are interested in pursuing or identify roles that were not being considered but may be a strong fit. Your Kinetic consultant will provide a written report with valuable feedback for self-reflection based on the responses.
